Matt helped my wife and I sell our home last summer and also helped us find our new home in the early fall. Everything went smooth, start to finish. The amount of paperwork through the process can be overwhelming, but Matt had everything organized and was able to send everything through emails for us to go over and electronically sign. We were on a bit of a time crunch due to trying to get moved before our 2nd child was born. Our baby boy came 2 weeks early but we were already in the new house and settled in. We got what we wanted for a price on our house we sold and also got into our new house within our price range with everything we were looking for.
